Summer Classes 2026
We have lots of options for new and returning dancers. Our 4- week classes are a great option for families looking to try out dance classes and finding a good studio fit for their child. Our returning dancers have lots of options to try a new style and keep up their skills throughout the summer.
How to Register:
If your child is a returning student from KMC, class options will be on your portal.
If your child is new to the KMC studio, you will need to set up an account via our parent portal in order to register for classes.
All of the A La Carte Summer Classes are listed under the “Events” section. If you have a new student, you must first register for the class “Summer Session 2026” That is NOT actual registration for a class, registering for that class gives you access to the “Events” page where you will find all of our Summer Classes.
4 week sessions, Show Unit Intensives and Helen's Camps are listed in the Classes section on your portal.
FREE Sample Classes!
Our free sample classes are a great way to see if dance classes and the KMC studio environment are a good fit for your child and family. Each session will showcase what a usual class day would look like for the age of the participants. The sessions will be about 45 minutes. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring socks and tennis shoes. Please sign up on our website so we can plan accordingly for the sessions.

KMC Dance in Albertville has been a blessing for my daughter!
The top things we were looking for in selecting a dance studio were appropriate costuming for young girls, along with polite/appropriate dance movements. Sending a young girl into dance culture can be a tricky road to unwind, yet KMC has made it easy!
We just celebrated the close to our first dance year with an end-of-year recital that left us in awe of the dance company we selected! From start to finish, we were amazed at the skills of the dancers, costume selections, and how well the show ran. The choreography was stunning to watch with ballet movements, made us want to jump in and dance with the hip hop groups, and even tap our toes with all the little girls in their fluffy dresses and ribbons on their tap shoes.
We’ve been a part of dance culture with other studios, but this was the one that left us feeling proud to have our daughter be a part of. Thank you Christine Cliff and her entire staff at KMC Dance Albertville!-Karla I
We have dance shoes, bags and apparel available to purchase at the studio. We will make sure your dancer is fitted into the correct dance shoes required for performances.
KMC is the perfect balance of kind, loving teachers and precise, professional instruction. My girls (6 & 8yo) have loved their time at KMC this year and they've learned so much! My youngest said she can't wait for next year as she was walking off the stage at recital - that's how excited about it she is! The dance routines and costumes are always age appropriate, which is really hard to find (believe me, we've done a lot of scouting). The community of dancers is fabulous, with older dancers pouring into the little ones. Truly an amazing dance company!

" I cannot say enough about KMC! I love being able to watch and listen to each class and feel that instruction and corrections are effective but gentle. The instructors are absolutely dedicated to dance but understand that their dancers have other commitments as well. Finally, we love the family feel at KMC. My daughter began dance when she was 3 years old because she loved to dance around the house and wear tutus. After several years of recreation dance, we decided to join a competition dance program to give her the opportunity to dance with the benefits of being part of an athletic team. But after only a few months in competition, my daughter cried every day and hated going to dance. It was heartbreaking!! She had worked so hard to get on the competition team, and used to have so much joy when dancing. So we decided to take a break from dance. When we started up again, we decided to join KMC Dance, in the hopes that it would provide a different experience for her. Ms. Christine has brought my daughters love of dance back!! She LOVES going to dance again, she gets to be part of a team, and she is learning so much! Nothing against the other studio, they were also amazing, but KMC is a different experience, and in my opinion, superior. It provides balance to our young kids already busy lives!-Jeri C
